HOW CAN EXCEL V & LASER GENESIS TREATMENTS IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF MY SKIN?

Excel V is a non-invasive laser cosmetic treatment utilized to help create more uniform skin complexion by reducing visible, unwanted brown spots and facial redness, and improve surgical or acne scarring. We recommend a series of 4 to 6 monthly laser treatments for best results. The best part is there is NO downtime!

Laser Genesis is a near-infrared (NIR) Nd:YAG laser. Studies have proven it can increase the amount of collagen, resulting in clinically improved skin tone and texture. Additionally, the thermal (heat) energy of Laser Genesis targets the tiny vessels and capillaries that are the cause of persistent skin redness, such as with conditions like rosacea. By breaking down these vessels, blood that is trapped under the surface of the skin is absorbed, which reduces overall redness. We recommend between 3 to 10 Laser Genesis treatments, spaced about 4 weeks apart

WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR EXCEL V & LASER GENESIS?

Excel V & Laser Genesis are recommended for healthy adults who want to be proactive in treating their skin or slowing down aging. We often call these treatments “laser facials” as they are an important part of a lifelong skin regimen. These treatments are effective for adult men and women of any age. It is a must to inform us if you have a history of herpes (cold sores or fever blisters) so that you can get the proper medication prophylaxis (before your treatment). We sometimes advise to avoid Excel V and choose Laser Genesis if your skin tone is of a darker complexion or tanned so please ask for a personalized consultation.

Excel V treatments usually take about a half hour to an hour and you must wear protective eyewear during the procedure. Mild swelling and darkening/peeling of brown spots most often lasts 2 to 7 days.

*It is best to be cleanly shaven if the area being treated has any hair. Please inform us if you have a history of herpes (cold sores or fever blisters) for either treatment. We do not treat if you have a suntan or sunburn.

An average per-treatment cost ranges from $350 to $600, and we offer savings on package pricing. Financing is available, and our office accepts a variety of payment methods for your convenience.
